Tackling Acne the Natural Way

Acne, also known as pimples or zits, affects people of all age groups. Scarring and post inflammatory discoloration are the most important complications of acne. No matter how severe acne is, it affects different people in different ways and many people with acne suffer from insecurities, depression, and a poor self-image. Teenagers and young adults are more prone to developing acne due to the natural hormonal changes that take place at that age. Factors like heredity, stress, dandruff, abuse of cosmetics and smoking can trigger acne. Just a few precautionary measures can help you to have freedom from acne.
Wash your face 2-3 times a day. Don't overdo the washing. Too much washing can cause other skin problems, such as dryness or skin irritation. Use a mild soap or face wash. Apply the cleanser and wash it off with your fingertips. This reduces skin irritation. Using a washcloth, mesh sponge, or anything else can irritate the skin and lead to breakouts. Never scrub the skin. Scrubbing the skin clean does not clear acne. In fact, scrubbing irritates the skin and can aggravate acne.
Women must avoid oily makeup and cosmetics. It can worsen acne. If you have to use makeup, choose water-based and non-comedogenic (won't clog pores) makeup. Makeup should be thoroughly removed before going to bed. Avoid facials, clean ups and face massages while having active acne.
Perspiration, especially when wearing a hat or helmet, can make acne worse, so the skin should be gently cleansed as quickly as possible after perspiring. Men need to shave with care. Soften the hair before shaving. Wetting the face thoroughly with lukewarm water can help to do so. Experiment with various methods or technologies. Try shaving with electric and safety razors to see which works best for you. Make sure that the blade is sharp. This helps to prevent nicks from a safety razor, which can irritate the skin and lead to breakouts. Shave lightly. This can help avoid nicking acne lesions to make them worse. Never try to shave off the acne. This aggravates the condition further.
Shampoo your hair daily, especially if it is oily. Comb or pull your hair back to keep the hair out of your face. Avoid tight headbands. Control your dandruff. Use a mild antidandruff shampoo. Avoid oily hair care products, such as oil-containing gels and pomades as they can drip onto the skin and clog the pores to give rise to acne. Never scratch, rub, burst, pinch, squeeze, or fiddle with acne. This can lead to spread of the infection and scarring.
Have at least one lemon daily, either in the form of lemon juice or added to your vegetable or curry. Vitamin C helps to heal acne-prone skin more quickly and prevents the formation of new blemishes. Extensive scientific studies have found no direct relation between diet and acne. In other words, foods like chocolates, French fries, and pizzas do not cause acne. Nonetheless, some people insist that certain foods affect their acne. In that case, avoid those foods. Besides, eating a

Makeup can truly make or mar a bride's day

To every woman, her wedding is just about the most important occasion in her life. Every woman will go to any extreme to look her best on that special day. In the past, friends and relatives played an important part, in dressing up the bride in all her finery. Today, that handiwork is entrusted to professionals, who attend to every minute detail of the bride's appearance – right from the bridal outfit through her hairstyle to the color of her nail polish.
Bridal makeup is an essential part of a bride's appearance. Along with her stunning array of jewelry and her spectacular wedding dress, are a cosmetic makeup and a coiffure to make heads turn.
It is essential to use makeup that goes well with the bride's features and complexion. Indian bridal makeup is rather dazzling with blues and golds dominating, but it should be borne in mind that such colorful splendor should enhance rather than subdue the radiance of the bride. The makeup should be subtle enough to cover any imperfections and yet highlight the bride's strong points to her advantage.
Since bridal makeup today, is far more important than it was in our grandmothers' days, here are a few tips to help you along the way… Consider having your makeup done professionally. If, however, you choose to do it yourself, consult an expert and learn whatever is necessary. Ask for advice on how to attain that 'perfect look.'
Choose the most lightweight foundation possible while still getting the exposure you need. Heavy foundations are rather noticeable. Have your eyebrows arched 3-5 days before the wedding. You may experience some redness after the procedure, and that can be difficult to conceal.
Your eyes represent your soul, and on this day at least, your eyes will most likely be filled with joyful tears. Prepare your eyelids with an eye shadow base or a little face powder. Use waterproof mascara allowing each coat to dry for a few seconds before applying the next layer. If you expect to cry a lot, leave your lower lashes clean, this minimizes smudging.
Stick to a soft and delicate tone for lipstick, since bold or dark colors might be overpowering. Remember to match the hues in your blush to those in your lipstick. Consider the lighting in the area where the wedding will take place. If you are to be married in the sunshine, go for lighter or softer colors.
If you expect to be in a hall with very low lighting, deeper tones work best. Contour your face with blush or bronzer, even if it's not part of your daily routine. It will give your skin a healthy glow and subtly define your features.
You should test your makeup at least two weeks before your wedding to leave time to make any adjustments. It's your day! You've got to set the world around you on fire!

Brazilian Wax

Brazilian waxing is a type of waxing involving the area. The Brazilian wax removes the hair around the panty line, leaving back what is known as a landing strip or a broader vertical strip.
Brazilian wax is harder than most depillatory wax. Because it cools to become more solid, it misses less hairs. That is why this wax is better for brazilian bikini wax jobs.
This is most popular with twenty- and thirtysomethings - among whom thong underwear is most popular - but waxers say they also see teenagers and senior citizens. Approximately 25 percent of the Beauty Craze salon clients opt for "everything off."
Girls in their 20s have Brazilian wax done because it is expected of them in their generation. It is just as expected as shaving your legs for that age group.
google_protectAndRun("ads_core.google_render_ad", google_handleError, google_render_ad);
Brazilian Wax Procedure
It starts with baby powder, talcum powder, or oil being spread over the area to be waxed. This prevents the hot wax from sticking to the skin.
Then hot wax is spread over the area from which hair is to be removed. The wax is allowed to harden briefly, then one edge of the wax strip is pulled up and used as a 'tab' to pull off the rest of the wax, usually in the direction opposite of hair growth. The waxer then works his or her way around the body systematically removing the hair from the genital area, buttocks, and anus.
Tweezers are used to remove any stray hairs that the waxing missed. Finally, the remaining pubic hair - "landing strip" - is either trimmed with scissors, or waxed off if the client requests it. The remaining hair may even be in a particular pattern (hearts are a popular option).
The pain involved with Brazilian wax can be mild or more severe and can last from several seconds to minutes. Most who are willing to endure the procedure feel that the result is worth the discomfort. Furthermore, most feel that the procedure becomes less painful with subsequent treatments. Products are also available to lessen the pain, such as topical anesthetics.
Optionally, a hair inhibitor can be used, which will slow the regrowth of hair and may stop regrowth altogether. The results generally last up to two months.
The procedure takes 15 to 30 minutes and can cost between $60 to $100.
Before you get a Brazilian Bikini Wax done, shop around for the salon and spend some time inquiring about the person who will be attending to you.
Reputable salons use high quality waxes that are gentle on the skin. They will follow up with a soothing lotion containing Aloe Vera or Calamine Lotion which reduce the itching and discomfort.
Why Is Brazilian Waxing So Popular?
Many just enjoy the clean feeling that comes with being hairless. Some who did it just to wear thongs or a small bikini, keep it up because "it just feels great"!

Gray Hair Tips

Gray hair represents the loss of pigmentation. It's wiry because it's sheathed in more cuticle than most hair. How good you look with gray hair is determined by its texture vis-୶is the rest of your hair, plus how it goes with the tone of your skin and eyes. Graying hair is the start of a natural lightening process to which you should adapt the colors of your clothes and makeup.
Caring Instructions:
1. Try leave-in conditioners and moisturizers to soften coarseness.
2. Consider having a professional add "lowlights" streaking of your original color to give shading to gray areas.
3. Observe the pattern of graying some heads gray all over, some acquire streaks, some gray grows in to frame the face and have your stylist shape celebrate it.
4. If you choose to color your hair, pick a tone one shade or two lighter than your original color.
5. Going too light or too dark will make you look older.
6. To test the look, try a semi-permanent solution that lasts 6 to 12 shampoos before going for lasting color.

Hair Color

Time for something new and appealing! One of the easiest and quickest changes to your personal appearance that you can make is a new hair color. Why not take advantage of a prominent feature and revitalize your hair with new coloring that provides a new and dashing look to set you apart from the rest of the crowd. A new shade of hair color can provide a bold and fresh look that has everyone doing a double take, and saying, “Who is that beautiful woman?”
Remember that in order to look beautiful, a little bit of effort is required. Otherwise, the beast will emerge. No one, or at least no one in the mainstream of things, wants to parade around with orange hair. Several strategies may help you with your selection of hair color. A natural look means a natural beauty so be sure to do your homework before opening the bottle with the magical potion.
Know what color hair you truly have and be aware of your own skin coloring as well. Select a shade that will compliment what you already have to offer! Indeed, there is nothing that will turn a day into a bad hair day quicker than a totally unresearched and poorly chosen hair color.
Two shades darker or two shades lighter will create the desired effect without too much of a change. If you want to make a drastic change in your hair color, it is probably best to visit a professional rather than do it yourself.
If you are unsure about coloring your hair:
Look for a temporary product that provides an easy wash out in order to sample what that color would be like.
Test a small section of your hair and allow it to dry completely before deciding if that’s the right color.
Pick up tips by talking to other women who have colored their hair.
Try a few highlights instead.
Once you have decided what color would both compliment and add a new sense of flavor to your life, investigate which brand and color will achieve the desired results. Read the box directions. Remember that longer hair may require more than one box. Treated hair, such as permed, will process the color more quickly, as will hair that is closer to the scalp, so you do not want to leave it on too long. Keep contact brief unless you want everyone asking, “Who is that girl with green hair?”
Now that your hair is colored, here are some tips to keep it beautiful.
Be sure and buy specifically formulated shampoo and conditioner that will help rather than harm your color treated hair.
Remember that daily conditioning is not simply to make your hair more manageable, but also to revitalize the shine and beauty of your hair.
Avoid chlorine by avoiding pools.
Keep exposure to the sun to a minimum, since it can cause the coloring to become dull and less vibrant.

Black Hair

You might be thinking of getting a drastically new look. Most times, this only entails a change in your everyday makeup, a new haircut, or a few touch-ups to your wardrobe. What’s really guaranteed to up your look’s shock factor is getting a new hair color. If you’ve been a blonde all your life, turning brunette will turn heads. If you’ve never switched your brown hair color for any other shade, going a lot lighter will brighten up your appearance. But if you go with black hair, then that will definitely give you a whole new look.
Black hair can convey lots of different images. It could make you look like a total Goth girl or make you look like the perfect Oriental doll. Done right, it could make you look like a raven-haired goddess with long, cascading tresses.
Not everyone is cut out to sport black hair, though. Before you head to your stylist and declare your intentions to blacken your locks, go over these few guidelines first.
Black hair is your goal, but it’s not advisable to choose a totally charcoal-black shade. Hairdressers say a really deep black sometimes makes hair look fake, so a dark brown-black shade would look better.
Consider your skin color. They say black goes with everything, and that’s more or less true with black hair. You could have dark skin, have a glowing tan, or olive complexion and you’re going to be able to pull off black hair just fine. Fair skin also does justice to black hair, but make sure you’re not extremely pale, unless you really are going for a Goth look.
Take your cue from stars who have turned their manes black. While she’s ordinarily gorgeous in every look she’s experimented with, Angelina Jolie once looked sinister in black at the 2000 Oscars. Ashlee Simpson used to be an aspiring black-haired rocker chick when she emerged into the music scene. Britney Spears shocked everyone when she dyed her normally blond hair a stunning black. Burlesque artist Dita Von Teese is a natural blonde, but established her signature style with glossy black curls.
Having second thoughts about getting black hair? Get yourself accustomed to a darker hair color by getting a deep brown shade first. If it turns out gorgeous, let the color settle in for several months and give your hair time to relax before getting another treatment. Then you can launch your new look and go all out black.

Red Hot Look

Many women shy away from wearing the color red because they believe that red is a color that is hard to pull off. Nothing screams the word “sexy” louder than wearing the color red, and some women just find it hard to deal with.
It takes attitude and supreme confidence to be able to wear the color red with flair. A woman who manages to do it with style is always seen to be as hot as the color she is wearing. And why not? Hot, she definitely is.
If you do not feel comfortable with wearing an all-red get-up, start with small touches until you get used to being clad in the color red. With even just a small touch, a spot of red is vibrant enough to give life to what would otherwise look as a drab outfit.
If you have to wear a conservative suit to, say, a business meeting or a client call, you can liven up your outfit by wearing a pair of high-heeled red pumps. This will work exceptionally well with a knee-length, pencil-cut skirt and will draw eyes to your shapely legs.
On days that you feel too lazy to put some effort into dressing, match your beat-up jeans and loose tee with a red wristwatch. That is instant style with zero effort. A red wristwatch also looks smashing on an all-black ensemble.
Going to a party and tired of wearing your little black dress? Opt for a smashing red dress instead. Wearing a red dress to a party will guarantee you at least a grand entrance.
Painting your nails red for a hot date is also a brilliant idea. You can say a lot of things with just your hands; why not make an exclamation point with your fingernails? Red-painted nails are very chic and very sexy, and few men can resist the allure of a woman wearing red.
Care for some red sleeping garments? Red sleepwear can be very pretty. Despite whatever notions you may have concerning red sleepwear, there are actually some items out there that come in styles that are simple enough to wear on ordinary nights. They are pretty comfortable too. Even if you are going to spend the night by your lonesome, you can at least enjoy the fact that you are wearing something nice to sleep. If you are spending the night with someone, wearing red sleepwear can be very fun and sassy, and can lead to some nocturnal adventures for you and your partner.
Fancy wearing something casual with just a touch of vibrancy? Wear a red top. Again, it is an example of instant style with zero effort.
A word of caution, though. Red is a powerful color and red can stand for itself. Bear in mind that too much of a good thing is bad, and too much red can overpower you. Wear red, but keep it nice and simple. The color itself is an accessory all its own.

Everyday Fashion Pitfalls

By Anna Lynn C. Sibal © 2006
Smart dressing is very important if only because what clothes we wear and how we actually wear them tells a lot about the kind of people we are. They say that clothes make the man, or woman, as in our case, and it is indeed true.
We do not have to be fashion gurus or runway models to be able to look the part of the smart dresser. Most of the time, all it takes is to be neat, clean and presentable, and to be presentable, you have to use a bit of common sense and to avoid these everyday fashion pitfalls. You may find some of them funny, but woe to you if you are found guilty of such errors. Read on, learn and enjoy.
The everyday fashion pitfalls that you should avoid include:
Wearing outfits that are see-through. We always hear that less is more, and that adage is definitely applicable here. The less skin seen on you is oftentimes a lot better than baring it all. A touch of modesty does not hurt. Besides, wearing see-through clothes make you look on the slutty side, so it is best to shy away from them altogether.
Carrying a belly bulge. Even the slimmest women can be ruined by wearing pants or skirts that are too tight at the waist. A waistband that is too tight pushes up the flesh of the abdomen, and it is quite ugly to look at. How can you breathe when your pants or skirt is too tight, anyway? Make sure that the waist of your bottom garment fits just right – not too tight, and not even snug.
Sporting an underarm cleavage. If the flesh on that part of your breast which meets the underarm bulges up, it means that the sleeve holes of your top are too tight and that your rab does not fit you snuggly. It also means that you should get a bra that is just the right size for your breasts. A right-fitting brassiere has cups that are just low enough to easily rest against your breasts.
Dragging hemlines for pants. Do the hems of your pant legs get caught in your shoes when you are walking? The solution to this problem is to have the legs of your pants sewn in such a way that when you are wearing mules and such footwear, they are long enough not to get caught in.
Squeezing in the sleeves. It is the autumn season and winter is fast approaching. Because it is cold, sweaters have become a necessity. Now, there are nice, warm sweaters out there that have really bulky sleeves. If you are going to wear a jacket or a coat over them, make sure that the sleeves of this jacket or coat are wide enough to accommodate those bulky sleeves.
Showing sweat stains. Sweat stains are very unsightly. If your clothes have them on the underarms and they would not come out with washing, consider wearing these clothes for doing heavy chores like yard work instead. If you have a problem with your sweating, use a deodorant and consult a doctor.
Unsightly panties. If you think panty lines are horrible, you should look upon bunched up panties with even more horror. If your panties are too old and too stretched out already, give them a rest and throw them away. Neither should you wear panties the straps of which show outside the waistband of your pants. It is so dumb and so unneat.

Dress For Your Figure

By Anna Lynn C. Sibal
google_protectAndRun("ads_core.google_render_ad", google_handleError, google_render_ad);
Coming up with the perfect outfit to match our figure can be difficult at times. Not all women are built alike, so what may look good on someone else may not look good on us, especially when the other woman’s body type is different from us. Also, it is not always good to rely on the fashions displayed by runway models on the catwalk. Let’s face it: designers generally love stick-thin women, and runway models are several sizes smaller than the average woman.
But whether we have the body that makes for a walking mannequin or not, there is no rule out there that says that we cannot wear clothes that flatter our figures and remain fashionable. After all, it is us ordinary women that make fashion designers rich. All we have to do is to choose carefully the clothes we wear so that they enhance our assets and play down our liabilities.
How should we dress to flatter our figures? It depends on what type of figure we actually have, and there are basically six types of figures.
The skinny type. The skinny type is, well, skinny. Skinny women are those whose bodies are thin, angular, and yes, with very little fat in them. What skinny women would want is to create the illusion of curves, and this illusion of curves is achieved by creating bulk through layering clothes – vests over tops or dresses over trousers. Aside from layering, wearing clothes with extra details like ruffles, pleats and gathers also add bulk to the body and make it seem curvier.
The top-heavy type. Top-heavy women are women who have bulkier upper bodies and busts that are bigger than their hips. What they would want is to create a balance by playing down the upper body. This can be done by wearing dark tops, or tops that have monochromatic prints, and then pairing them with light-colored pants or skirts. Wearing necklines that give the illusion of length, such as V-necks, will also help tone down the bulky torso.
The bottom-heavy type. Bottom-heavy women are those who have hips that are bigger than their upper bodies. Women with these body types ought to draw the attention away from their hips by wearing light-colored tops that enhance the cleavage and pairing them with sober, dark-colored skirts or pants. The eyes can be further drawn to the torso through the use of chunky necklaces, dangling earrings or long chains around the neck.
The long and lanky type. Women with long and lanky bodies have more flesh than the skinny ones; they are also generally taller. But they have the same concern: how to create the curves that they do not have. The layered look also works for women with this body type. Wide skirts or pants with wide legs in light colors will also work, but never pair them with tops with a low cut.
The petite type. Petite women are those whose bodies are short, lean and thin, but straight. They are small-breasted and do not have waists. These women would need to create the illusion of a waist by wearing a bold belt that greatly contrasts with their tops or their dresses, or full skirts.
The curvy type. Women who have curves should feel good no matter what the sizes of those curves are. Curves are beautiful, and they should be enhanced by clothes that skim the body, like wraparound dresses or blouses, or clothes with fabrics that drape the body. Baggy clothes should be avoided because they only add unwanted bulk.

I feel that in order to watch Eclipse online free we will have to wait till it has become a dusty old film in someone's acquired back catalogue, something that with the amount of fans that this series of films has, will take a very long while indeed.

To be perfectly truthful it is a shame that we will not be able to as with a lot of other popular films we wont be able to watch Eclipse online for free. This of course excludes the possibility of the illegal download websites that have been growing in popularity with the internet "underground" market. Why cant we, the consumer, come to some kind of understanding with the big companies wherein after a certain amount of time, or maybe even if you have proof that you have seen the film at the cinema, maybe a code to enter off the back of your ticket, we can then watch Eclipse online free?

It's amazing what could be done with the film industry. Well, even though we can't at this moment watch Eclipse online free, check watch Eclipse (2010) trailer online out and see whether the film will be how you expected or not.

Hair color is necessary for men and women to hide gray hairs or simply to have fun and new look. It is also best to match your hair color with your personality. The advantage of knowing how to choose the right hair for you is: you can experiment with your hairstyle and add drama, glamour and shine; and make you look more gorgeous and stunning. To have the best hair color you need to consider some hair color ideas to help you come up with the right conclusion on what color suits you best. The following are the tips on getting the best hair coloring.

How to Get the Best Hair Dye:

  1. Analyze your personality
  2. Choose the hair color that is close to your personality. This way, you can be confident with the way a color looks on your hair and the way you carry it.

  3. The natural color of hair
  4. One of the prominent parts in choosing the right hair color is the original dye of the hair. Choose the hair color that suits your hair type. Choose the shade which is 2 to 3 shades darker or lighter than your natural hair color. That is the shade that provides the best result.

  5. The skin type
  6. Determine the color of your skin or the type of your skin; it has a lot to do with choosing the right hair color. The hair color is perfect if it makes your face glow.

    2 categories of skin color:
1.) Cool tone: natural bluish black hair, golden blonde, dark brown or medium ash (mostly pale or pink with little undertones).
If you are under the cool category you can go for dyes such as gold, ash browns, cool browns and copper.

2.) Warm tone: hair color that is towards a reddish gold brown (generally pale brown with golden undertones)
For people who belong to the warm skin tone category, you can go for golden shades.

If you want to try something beyond the ordinary kind of hair colors, cool skin tone can carry red hair with great flamboyance.

  7. The dressing style
  8. The right hair dye also depends with your dress style or what clothing color suits you best. Shades of golden and blonde perfectly blends with red, yellow and rusty shades of clothing; burgundy, black, platinum colors go best with cloths with shades of blue, black and green.

  9. Eye color
  10. The darker hair tends to match better with brown or green eyes.

    2 categories:
1.) cool eye colors: generally, dark blue, gray blue, green, and deep brown eyes)
Golden shade, blonde and ashy colors compliment the cool eye colors.

2.) warm eye colors: black, brown green and hazel
Red, burgundy, mahogany gel suits warm colored eyes.
  11. Temporary or permanent
  12. Choose between permanent or temporary hair dyes.

Temporary hair dyes change your look without penetrating the roots of your hair. It is relatively risk free.

Permanent hair color can lighten the natural hair color. It can result to hair damage if the hair care routine is improperly performed.

After considering the hair color ideas and learning how to get the best hair color, you may now proceed and enjoy the color that suits you best. For first timers, it is recommended to undergo proper dyeing at professional hair salons to avoid damages and disasters. If you will do it at home, ask help from relatives and friends for best results. Hair also needs to be pampered like the rest of you.

Serious Skin Care for Men.

Women are very interested in the science of skin care, particularly as they age. As those wrinkles and lines form, as they notice their skin starting to sag and look less youthful, they begin to consider the use of good skin care products. But what about skin care for men?

For men, skin care can be something that they never consider. The closest they may come will often be the use of an aftershave so that they smell better. However there are good reasons why they ought to consider high quality skin care for men.

You see skin care isn't just about looking good, although more and more men are also becoming interested in their looks. But skincare for men is also about health. Because our skin is the biggest organ in our bodies, and just like other organs our skin is affected by age, and can become unhealthy.

Often if our skin is unhealthy that's a reflection of our general state of health. Unhealthy skin, unhealthy inside. So serious skin care for men, or for that matter women, doesn't just involve the use of high quality skin care products, though of course that's essential.

Good mens skin care involves a total approach. If unhealthy inside equals unhealthy skin, then healthy inside equals healthy skin. And this is equally true for women. So good diet, including plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, and a good exercise regime both contribute to overall health, and good skin health.

And there's 2 things that men should never do if they want to maintain overall skin health. The first is to smoke and the second is to avoid sunburn. Both are extremely damaging to the skin, and both can lead to serious skin problem.

Smoking, for example causes vascular problems, and poor blood circulation is not good for the skin. And sunburn can lead to serious skin problems, including skin cancer.

So men, like women, should take care of their overall health as a part of a good skin care routine. Good skin care for men starts exactly where it starts for women.

And for men, skin care should also involve the use of high quality skin care products and anti aging products. Men also should be able to maintain healthy skin that keeps adequate levels of moisture, for example. And which has good levels of collagen and elastin, 2 essential skin proteins that help maintain skin complexion, suppleness, youthfulness and skin elasticity.

As men age their skin loses skin collagen and skin elastin, and it's essential to replace these. Using a skin care product that has collagen and elastin in it won't replace the lost collagen and elastin as the molecules of these 2 skin proteins are too large to penetrate the skin, so remain on the surface.

But modern science has found a way to stimulate the skin to produce more of it's own collagen and elastin, and the best skin care products in the world contain ingredients that will replace lost collagen and elastin like that. Way more effective than trying to replace them by adding them to the bottle and hoping they go in, which they won't.

So for men, as for women, a total approach is needed to skin care. Serious skin care for men requires a healthy lifestyle, avoiding smoking and sunburn, and the use of the worlds best skin care products.

The worlds best mens skin care products aren't found on the shelves of your local department store, just as the worlds best womens skin care products aren't found there either. You have to track them down, they're made by a small niche skin care company.

So men, skin care is important. Be serious about skin care for men, and you, and your skin, will be healthy and look great, and serve you well into old age.

COMBINATION SKIN:

A combination of dry and oily types is known as combination skin or T-zone(to indicate the "T" of your forehead and nose where combination skin tends to be oilier.

SENSITIVE SKIN:

Sensitive skin usually describe any skin types which responds especially quickly and adversely to sudden changes of temperature or humidity and bruises very easily;it is also allergic to many cosmetic products.

Thus we see that all types of skin require care. The bath time is best for an overall skin caring routine. Bath time should not be a mere spartan exercise of cleansing the body. It should also be a time to revitalize your body and skin. True, in today's rush and run lifestyle, a morning bath can at most be a quick cleansing routine that 'wakes' you up for the day ahead. However, you could devote some extra time at night before going to bed when you bathe again. Also, a weekly, leisurely, rejuvenating bath should become a routine. This is when you could attend to your skin, and deal with any problem.

Tiny body pimples caused by over secretion of the sebaceous glands are a result of poor circulation. Use a loofah or coarse mitt to scrub these away and renew your skin. A pumice stone should be used for your heels and other rough areas like elbows and knees. Normal wrinkling of the skin can be attended to while bathing. Rub some moisturizing cream or lotion before the bath. Massage well, and then wash away.

Hair Styles Tips

Healthy Curls Hairstyle
Waves and ringlets were seen all over the fall fashion show run-away, but thats not the only reason to go a natural. Pulling on your hair with a brush, blow-drying it, and using a flatiron to straighten curls can cause split ends, excess dryness, frizz ness, and breakage.

Healthy Tip:
Deep-condition of hair curls at least twice a month to moisturize and banish frizz to help curls keep their natural shape without weighing them down.

Healthy Short Hairstyle
Short hair is healthier because youre constantly cutting off split ends. Such style usually dry on their own, but even if you do pull out the blow-dryer, the job will take only a few minutes, so there is less risk of damage. Cropped cuts also keep from knotting and tangling.

Healthy Tip:
Short hair is easy to style, even if you havent washed it. And unless yours extremely oily, you shouldnt have to shampoo and blow-dry more than three or four times a week. On off-days, just wet hair and air-dry to fix flatness or bed head.

Healthy Brunette Hairstyle
Turning tresses brown is definitely easier on your hair than becoming a blond. Lightening agents pull pigment out of strands; this can make hair more fragile and prone to breakage. When you go your hair in brunette, youre actually depositing pigment on the hair, making it look healthier.

Healthy Tip:
Styling aids like gels and sprays can leave brown locks looking dull, so use a clarifying cleanser safe for colored hair every few weeks.

Hair Removal Information & Techniques

For decades now, women have been removing unwanted body hair, using different techniques. Not only does it add to the woman's beauty but it is better for her personal hygiene as well. Today getting rid of unwanted hair has become easier than ever. There are a number of easy techniques that you can use at home or you can visit a beauty parlor for professional treatment. Given below in some information about the different techniques that are available today.
  • Shaving: Shaving is a popular technique as it can be done at short notice and gives you instant results without much effort. Most women still continue to shave inspite of alternate techniques being available. This method is quick and cheap, though the hair grows back rapidly and when the hair grows back it is very coarse. You should soften the hair by washing the area with warm soapy water. Use light gentle strokes in the direction of the hair growth, to remove the hair. After you finish moisturize the skin. There are different kinds of razors, electrical, disposable, with twin blades and moisturizing strips. Choose one that suits you the best.
  • Hair Removal Creams: These creams are manufactured in such a way that they dissolve the hair. These creams have an ingredient called keratolytic that will damage the skin if it is left on for a long time. Use a patch test the first time you are using a cream. But there is no doubt that they make the skin hair free, smooth and soft.
  • Waxing: Though this method is a little painful, it is good to remove hair from the arms, legs and bikini line. Hair re-growth after waxing is slow and may take as much as two months. It is best to do a patch test for waxing as well. For best results one should continue waxing on a regular basis. Hair is removed from its root and when it re-grows it is finer. The problem with waxing is that the hair has to grow a little for waxing to be efficient. It helps to dust a little talcum powder on the area before waxing.
  • Sugaring: This technique is similar to waxing. Here the removal solution is warmed and then applied on the area required with the help of a palette knife. The solution is applied in the direction of the hair growth. Then a cotton strip is used to cover the solution and torn away in the opposite direction and thus the hair is removed. Hair re-growth takes about six to eight weeks and it is fine.
  • Electrolysis: This is a salon treatment and is expensive, but last longer and could be permanent as well. This requires a series of sittings if the results are to be good. A fine needle passes a very low electrical current into the hair follicle. After a session there will be slight swelling, redness and scarring which will take a few days to disappear.
  • Laser treatment: This is another salon-based treatment that is expensive too. You need a few sessions for good results. Black activating lotion is applied over the area, to enable the hair follicle to absorb the laser energy. In this technique the best results are got from people with thick body hair.

  • Wait for 10 minutes after applying the perfume, it will give you the right smell after it reacts with your skin.
